The following information explains returns or exchanges to Zannza.com

Returns for purchases made via the internet

ZANNZA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAPPEN AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING.

  • All returns must request an authorization number from customer service
  • Complete the Return Form that accompanied your package, making sure you indicate the item(s) beingreturned and why (No damages accepted)
  • Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include packing slip and authorization number.
  • Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS
  • All returns must be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
  • Items for exchange are based on availability. Prices are as purchased. Shipping costs are thecustomers responsibility
  • Final sale merchandise is non-refundable
  • We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
  • Returns can also be made to the original Zannza retail location with original receipt of purchase 7-10 days business days.

If you would like to return merchandise purchased from a store:

  • 7-10 business days of purchase with original receipt. (damages not accepted)
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable
