The following information explains returns or exchanges to Zannza.com
Returns for purchases made via the internet
- All returns must request an authorization number from customer service
- Complete the Return Form that accompanied your package, making sure you indicate the item(s) beingreturned and why (No damages accepted)
- Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include packing slip and authorization number.
- Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS
- All returns must be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
- Items for exchange are based on availability. Prices are as purchased. Shipping costs are thecustomers responsibility
- Final sale merchandise is non-refundable
- We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
- Returns can also be made to the original Zannza retail location with original receipt of purchase 7-10 days business days.
If you would like to return merchandise purchased from a store:
- 7-10 business days of purchase with original receipt. (damages not accepted)
- Final Sale items are non-refundable
