Live Action Horror Game
There are many problems involved in a real-life production of a horror game. A story that is not based in the real world is not good for you, even if is supernatural. Horror movies and books are good, but in a video game you only have two lives to finish the game. And the video game industry is used to apply computer graphic effects to any kind of background, even to a macabre historical event. The live action horror games world is a hybrid between VR, games and movies. In addition, a live action horror game is at the moment the most realistic method to present to the players the horrors of the real world.
We create the live action horror game
The team of three creators and writers (Luca Fabbri, Marcello Calle, Roberta Bozzo) of MareVo Collective started to develop the live action horror game “Death Shirts: The Final Days of the City”.

The creators of the game, as we understand, chose to adapt the story of one of the most important earthquakes of recent history: the disastrous earthquake that struck Italy, the most populous part of Europe, in 2016.
The team chose also to focus the attention on a very original and fertile setting: the city of L’Aquila, on the northeast of Italy.
Our greatest ambition is to launch one of the most ambitious projects we have created so far. In addition, we will try to experiment in some other aspects of the new chapter of the Game Design.

Don’t Touch this Button! is a simple game with a classical point of view.
Every room is filled with monsters, obstacles and danger. The goal is to go through a series of rooms pressing a certain button in each of them.
Achieving this goal is not an easy task, however. In each subsequent room, the danger will increase, the monsters and obstacles will grow stronger, and the level is going to become more and more difficult.
Each room has its own set of buttons – it’s up to you to figure out which buttons have to be pressed to make it through the room, and how you can arrange these buttons to push out other buttons and continue to a new room.
The theme of this game is philosophy and storytelling. It’s a story about trust in imperfection, about learning from unexpected mistakes and sudden failures. Games are not perfect, but they can become better. It’s a story about resilience, about learning from your mistakes and taking the next step – towards learning.
Don’t Touch this Button! is a minimalistic game designed to be easy to play and easy to control, yet full of surprises for those who will try to finish the game.

Best known on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” Mike Myers has been making people laugh since he was a child actor in the 1980’s. Even if they have never heard of him, you are probably still familiar with his television appearances. Myers has made many commercials and done voice-overs for Disney. You may not be familiar with his comedy career, but you have certainly heard his voice in online games like Club Penguin and Toy Story 3.
In the summer of 2004, Hollywood A-listers Jamie Fox and Tim Robbins teamed up with Myers and director John Landis to make the film “Shrek.” Perhaps the most memorable character from the movie was Shrek the Ogre, who was the main character and spoke with a British accent. Shrek was voiced by Myers, and his signature laugh was created by one of the best sound designers in the industry.
Audiofile Magazine was asked to work on the sound for “Shrek: The Musical” spin-off film, “Shrek the Musical.” Myers was once again one of the producers, and we were eager to hear the results from our six years of work. We were surprised to find that for all this time, Myers spoke with a heavy Asian accent. We assumed that his American vocal coach probably taught him the correct way to speak, but by the time the movie was released in 2007, Myers even spoke with his American accent onscreen, and we see it now.
In August of 2007, Myers announced a Japanese dub of the director’s cut of “Shrek the Third” would be released on DVD. The DVD-R is not actually dubbed in Japanese, but is dubbed back into English. The Japanese actors who were featured in the original English dialog scenes are replaced with an American voice actor (Jim Ward), and we see that Myers’ flat American vocalization is combined with an American audience to create an audible glimpse of Myers’ Japanese voice on the DVD.
Most Japanese voice-over actors have studied their craft for years, and they have become very well-versed in the characters’ speech patterns. Myers’ past English roles (like “The Love Boat”) require minimal dialogue, and the credits indicate that Myers is speaking with a British accent. It is unclear why Myers was allowed
