huh, apparently i spoke too soon. going through the system specs, it’s not. i just installed a legit copy of the game off of steam, same as i have been doing, and can’t get any of the english voice packs to work. when i go to the game’s main menu, the voices just don’t work. if it is in fact a problem with my own computer, i’m quite confident i will figure it out. if not, i’m quite confident i’m gonna have to pay to have one of those voice packs installed. i have another build, and an internal pc speaker, but not much luck there.
