Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A: ZANNZA Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. ZANNZA reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Q: If I don’t already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on ZANNZA.com?
A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at ZANNZA.com.

Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: ZANNZA is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to most states.
Taxed states include: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

About Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-ordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a pre-ordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. It will take from 10-14 days tell your product will be ready for shipping. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available.
If using a Credit Card, you will be charged for your pre-ordered merchandise at time of shipment. Any remaining balance will be charged to your credit card once your merchandise has been shipped.
The total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
All pre-ordered items ship via Standard Delivery.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped to arrive within 5-7 Business Days. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. During peak holiday periods, orders can take a little longer to process and ship. For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 5:00pm Eastern time to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
A: No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. However, orders shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS Ground.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
A: At this time, ZANNZA Online can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (unless the Next Day or 2nd Day Air option is chosen), and may take 7-14 days for ground delivery.
